Located close to numerous services and leisure activities, it is arranged over 1 level, on a raised first floor. Entrance is via a vaulted hall leading to 2 other apartments. In summer, the gîte has a separate entrance. Large living room with open kitchen and sitting area in a pleasant vaulted space (TV, wood-burning stove, dishwasher), the living room opens onto a small private outdoor space (balcony and small terrace accessible in summer only). The gîte has 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed and 2 90 cm single beds. Shower room, separate toilet, washing machine. Wi-Fi connection. Electric heating supplemented by a wood-burning stove with a stock of wood available for the first flames. Bed linen provided (beds made up). Housekeeping and bathroom linen rental available. Private parking 40 m away in summer, public parking 100 m away in winter. Heating included.
