La Maison de Coco

Detached house overlooking the village of L'Épine with panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The gîte is located on the outskirts of L'Épine, with direct access to the open spaces or narrow streets of the typical Provencal village. The house is laid out on 2 levels with, on the first floor, a games room (possibility of sleeping with a 120 cm single bed) and equipment room. Upstairs, with direct access to balcony and terraces, living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. On the upper half-level: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed). Bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC. Small independent office. Electric heating. The 2 large terraces let you enjoy the village setting and the exceptional view over the countryside. A room for storing equipment, bikes or motorcycles. Sheets and towels are available for hire, as is a cleaning service at the end of your stay. Among our rich heritage, you can admire the medieval villages of Serres or Rosans, or take advantage of the many possibilities for outdoor activities: hiking or mountain biking from the gîte, the Germanette lake, the Orpierre climbing site...
