Holiday cottage set in a detached house with 1500 m² of private grounds and a south-facing terrace with unobstructed views over the entire valley, close to mountain pastures and Hiking trails. The owner lives on the first floor of the house. The Holiday cottage is located on the two upper levels, and features a comfortable 40 m² living room with lounge and dining area, pellet stove (4 x 15 kg bags available for one week) in addition to Electric heating (underfloor), and direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and all necessary appliances). Also on the same level is a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bathroom (with shower and corner bath) and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one for 2 people (1 bed 140 x 190 cm) and one with 2 single beds, separate shower room-WC. Washing machine. Sheets and towels for hire, optional cleaning service at end of stay. Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
Private parking on site. Ski and equipment room, regulated Koralp 6-pair boot dryer, snowshoes and adjustable poles. Ski equipment can be reserved and delivered to the Holiday cottage. From the Holiday cottage, you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities: Hiking, mountain biking, cycling and access to all services and activities linked to the Vars ski resort, just 2 km away. Ski slopes 2 km away and free shuttle bus 100 m away.
