Housed in a beautiful Chalet with traditional Briançonnais architecture. The Holiday cottage, adjoining 2 others, is located in a small hamlet at the foot of the Col de l'Izoard. In summer, ideal for Hiking and other Mountain activities (climbing, via ferrata, mountaineering, mountain biking, canyoning and white-water activities). In winter, groomed toboggan run opposite (50m away). From the Chalet, access to 42 km of cross-country trails. Departure point for ski and snowshoe Hiking. Close to the Serre Chevalier Alpine skiing area. The owner, a Mountain Guide, can advise and guide you. Holiday cottage: private access, airlock, large living room, lounge with fireplace, TV, open kitchen, dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 double bunk beds. 3 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 double bed) (high bedding not suitable for kids under 6). Central heating, shower room, shower room/WC and separate, private WC. Washing machine. Swing, table in shared garden. Housekeeping package available. Bed linen provided. Heating not included. You also have free access to the 100m2 relaxation area for 2 private periods of 1h30 per week. This area includes a 6-seater Jacuzzi, a Hammam and a frigidarium.
