In a contemporary house, independent Holiday cottage in a wing of the owner's main house on the outskirts of the hamlet of Le Lauzet, in the heart of the Guisane valley, 5 minutes by car from the Serre-Chevalier ski slopes, 5 minutes on foot from cross-country skiing in winter and hiking in summer. The Holiday cottage is laid out on a single level, on the ground floor, and has its own private grounds with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a private parking space. The living room, with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, opens directly onto the outdoor space.
