La Grange Douillette

Large, nicely appointed gîte in a village house with a spacious private terrace offering panoramic views over the valley. Located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Queyras, the gîte features a large living room with a lovely relaxation area (TV, Wifi connection) and a convivial, originally furnished dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, freezer, microwave, etc. There is also a utility room with plenty of storage space and a washing machine. Heating is provided by a wood pellet stove with additional electric heating (wood pellets are supplied for the entire living room). Separate WC on first floor. Upstairs, four bedrooms have been fitted out, including one with its own private shower room. One of the bedrooms, despite its small size (5 m²), is very well designed and nicely decorated. The gîte has a total of 3 double beds and 2 single beds. Also on the first floor: a pleasant library area, a bathroom with 3 basins and a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. From the gîte, there are numerous possibilities for outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata, cycling (Col de l'Isoard...)... and in winter, access to the ski resorts of Molines-St-Véran (5 km) and Abriès (16 km). Amenities: cleaning service, bed linen and towels included in the price, beds made on arrival. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
