In a typical 19th-century house on the outskirts of Gap, an independent gîte with private terrace and grounds, adjoining 4 other units. Private entrance from the rear of the building on the 2nd floor. From the gîte, you can choose between wide open spaces and the entertainment and shops of the town center, with quick access to public transport. Large living room with integrated kitchen, dining area, office area and lovely sitting area with sofa bed (for up to 2 extra people). Dishwasher, TV, washing machine, microwave oven, freezer, Wifi and cable connection... Private WC, shower room with bathtub. 3 bedrooms (1 x 160 cm double bed and 4 x 90 cm single beds, which can be twinned to sleep 180 cm). One of the bedrooms has a shower and washbasin. Central heating. Parking available. Storage room for bikes, skis, etc. Close to the gîte, numerous possibilities for activities and discoveries: cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, etc. Baby equipment available, possibility of renting sheets and towels, optional cleaning service at end of stay.
