Holiday cottage in a detached village house with private garden in the heart of the unspoiled hamlet of Le Casset, typical of mountain hamlets, crossed by the Guisane, on the edge of the Ecrins National Park, just 2 km from the Bains de Monetier, the Serre-Chevalier ski slopes and 100 m from the cross-country skiing trails. Monêtier is part of the Serre-Chevalier ski resort, offering a wide range of winter and summer activities. Single-storey entrance from the rear of the house via a large communal hall for equipment storage. Holiday cottage on one level (the lower level is the owners' occasional accommodation). Living room with dining area, TV lounge area and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine). One bedroom (one double bed), one small bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for kids under 6). Bathroom, wc. Electric heating with underfloor heating and convector heaters.
