In a Mountain hamlet, in the heart of the Champsaur valley and close to the great outdoors, Holiday cottage in a renovated building with traditional architecture. The Holiday cottage, located in the same house as the owners, is on 2 levels with a large vaulted living room on the first floor. The main room features an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while the ground floor has a games and reading area. Direct access to the private grounds allows you to enjoy the south-facing aspect and outdoor facilities (garden furniture, barbecue, pizza oven...). Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with its own private shower room-WC (1 bed 160 cm convertible into 2 beds 80 cm, 2 single bunk beds and 2 beds 140 x 190 cm, 1 bed 80 cm and 1 BZ 90 cm) (the high bed is not suitable for kids under 6). Private outdoor space with reserved parking. Oil heating and approval fireplace with open hearth (wood included). The Holiday cottage is located in a peaceful setting with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities nearby: Hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, discovering the flora and fauna and sites on the way to the Col du Noyer or the Parc Nationale des Ecrins. Bed linen and towels provided, optional cleaning at end of stay. Shared equipment room available.
