At the entrance to the Clarée valley, detached, locally-built larch chalet on the outskirts of the small village of La Vachette. Entrance by small wooden staircase opening onto a pleasantly appointed living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob and complete equipment), sitting area with pellet stove (wood supplied), TV, wifi, direct access to south-facing terrace with garden furniture. Separate WC, washing machine, tumble dryer. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 cm and 3 beds 80 cm, 2 of which can be stacked). Shower room and second separate WC. Each bedroom has access to a balcony. The Holiday cottage has a private garage for vehicles and equipment. The gîte is ideally situated for accessing the many natural sites of this listed valley and its countless hiking trails; in winter, the Nordic ski slopes are just 500 m away, or you can take the shuttle bus to the Montgenèvre ski slopes. The Serre Chevalier ski resort is not far away, with the Prorel slopes just 6 km from the Chalet. Numerous opportunities for outdoor activities and discovering the natural and historical heritage (listed Vauban fortifications, traditional valley villages, historic city of Briançon, Parc des Ecrins, Névache, Vallée étroite...). Easy access via the N94 to the Montgenèvre pass. Electric vehicle charging station (chargeable).

    Toujours aussi agréable

    Cela fait la cinquième fois que nous venons au chalet et il est toujours aussi accueillant ainsi que le propriétaire,nous avons eu la chance d’avoir encore pas mal de neige à notre arrivée.Nous avons encore une fois passés un séjour apaisant et calme.Nous reviendrons encore sans problèmes.

    Un séjour merveilleux dans cette belle vallée !

    Séjour très agréable dans ce beau chalet très confortable et bien équipé. Rien ne manque, on se sent comme à la maison. Avec en prime, un accueil très attentionné du propriétaire.

    Excellente adresse!

    Chalet et accueil très chaleureux.
    Tout est fait pour faciliter le séjour (accueil du propriétaire, qualité de l'hébergement, emplacement).
    Nous avons passé une semaine de Noël magnifique.
    Chalet très fonctionnel, literie confortable; mention +++ pour le poêle à granules parfaitement réglé qui apporte une touche inestimable à l'ambiance chaleureuse en plein hiver.
    A deux pas des pistes de ski de fond.
    Je recommande.

    Un gîte au top

    Un gîte particulièrement confortable et chaleureux, tout en mélèze, très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé avec garage, parking, terrasse plein sud, poêle à pellets, wifi parfait.
    Excellent accueil, disponibilité et précieux conseils pour la découverte de cette fabuleuse région, les forêts de mélèzes fin octobre ont une couleur magique, nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour, merci à notre hôte ! Coup de coeur et recommandation à 100%
