La Clarée

At the entrance to the Clarée valley, detached, locally-built larch chalet on the outskirts of the small village of La Vachette. Entrance by small wooden staircase opening onto a pleasantly appointed living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob and complete equipment), sitting area with pellet stove (wood supplied), TV, wifi, direct access to south-facing terrace with garden furniture. Each bedroom has access to a balcony. The Holiday cottage has a private garage for vehicles and equipment. The gîte is ideally situated for accessing the many natural sites of this listed valley and its countless hiking trails; in winter, the Nordic ski slopes are just 500 m away, or you can take the shuttle bus to the Montgenèvre ski slopes. The Serre Chevalier ski resort is not far away, with the Prorel slopes just 6 km from the Chalet. Numerous opportunities for outdoor activities and discovering the natural and historical heritage (listed Vauban fortifications, traditional valley villages, historic city of Briançon, Parc des Ecrins, Névache, Vallée étroite...). Easy access via the N94 to the Montgenèvre pass. Electric vehicle charging station (chargeable).
