La Buchère

In the Parc Naturel Régional du Queyras, in the small mountain hamlet of Les Moulins, it's in the heart of a preserved environment that Jean-Marc, the owner, will be delighted to welcome you. The "La Buchère" gîte is housed in a fully restored detached house, historically used as a wood store. The main access is on one level from the front of the house (one step); it is also possible to enter from the garden side, giving access to a storage room for sports equipment in the basement, and then to the gîte via an internal staircase. The accommodation comprises a pleasant, bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and relaxation area; a double bedroom; a small bedroom with a single bed (less than 6m²); and a shower room/WC. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony or directly from the private garden, both facing south/east. Electric heating. Public parking available in front of the gîte and nearby public parking lot. A communal playground is 250 m away. Close to access to the Col de l'Izoard and wide-open spaces, the gîte is the ideal base for discovering the region and its many outdoor activities in summer and winter: hiking, mountain biking, white-water sports, snowshoeing, downhill and cross-country skiing at the family resort of Arvieux, 4 km away.
