Two independent Holiday cottages adjoining the owner's residence, in a restored 18th-century farmhouse with a dominant view over the Gapençaise valley. La Fenata: Private entrance from the rear of the house. Large living room with dining area, sitting area, TV, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave). Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, one with large balcony offering splendid views of the Gapençais basin (1 double bed, 3 single beds), shower room, wc. Electric heating. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You'll enjoy the lovely woodland on the property, which runs alongside the torrent with its small paths and leisure area, the boule pitch and flower garden. Access by bus possible. Small pets allowed with the owner's permission. Baby equipment available and possibility of renting sheets.     Bon bol d'air pur

    Logement très bien situé au portes de Gap et tout proche des départ de randos. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique.
    Manque seulement une plus grande fenêtre dans le salon ou la cuisine.

    Gemütliche Wohnung auf mehreren Ebenen

    Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das alte Steinhaus liegt etwa 1000 Meter hoch über der Stadt Gap. Es gibt einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt Gap vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer.
    Leider gab es in unserer Urlaubswoche nur eine sehr schlechte WIFI- Verbindung. Wir konnten nur direkt an der Eingangstür oder im Kinderzimmer eine Verbindung bekommen.
    Leider hat sich das innerhalb 7 Tagen nicht verbessert. Der Vermieter wollte einen Techniker zur Reparatur bestellen.

    Je vais dés que possible faire intervenir un technicien pour améliorer la qualité de la WIFI.

    séjour à la borieta

    Gite très bien situé sur les hauteurs de GAP avec une belle vue , grand balcon , liberté totale dans le jardin du propriétaire petit cours d'eau bien aménagé, sur le terrain, avec des points de relaxation dans plusieurs endroits super accueil de madame et monsieur guyot, nous prévoyons de revenir rapidement ,de belles balades à partir du gite,et de beaux sites autour de GAP,
