On first floor 2 bedrooms, one with a large balcony with magnificent views of the Gap area. (1 double bed, 3 single beds), bathroom, toilet. Electric heating. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Enjoy the pretty forest on the property with footpaths alongside the stream, the recreation area, the boules area and the flower garden. On the spot hiking and mountain biking, or take the bus to the old town of Gap, 4 km away. Small pets are allowed with the owner's consent.
