Overlooking Gap and its valley, Holiday cottage in restored 18th-century farmhouse adjoining the owner's home and another cottage. Independent entrance via private terrace. Very large 48 m² living room with dining area, sitting area with TV and DVD player, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms with sloping ceilings (2 double beds, 4 single beds), shower room-wc and separate toilet on first floor. Electric heating not included. Furnished terrace. Enjoy the lovely woodland in the large property, which runs alongside the torrent with its small paths and leisure area, the boule pitch and flower garden, and the panoramic view over the Gapençais basin and surrounding mountains. Access by bus possible. Small pets allowed with owner's agreement. Spa option, tariff 30€/hour per Holiday cottage, sauna option 20€/per session per Holiday cottage, possibility of weekly package, for further information see the owner.

LE GITE EST TRES BIEN PROPRE BONNE LITERIE TOUT EST FOCTIONNEL POUR PASSER UN BON SEJOUR SAUF:

Bonsoir.
Ces clients ont effectivement une grosse voiture: PORSCHE Cayenne. Les places de parking font 2.40 m de large. Ils ont été agrés lors du permis de construire. j'ai donc proposé un autre parking plus éloigné que je reserve aux camionettes.
Chauffage: dans le contrat gite de France, il est prevu un forfait de 8 kw/j je n'ai pas réclamé de supplément à ces personnes malgré le dépassement. Le chauffage avait été mis en marche la veille.
La veille ce leur départ ces personnes m'avertissent d'un départ plus tardif (ce qui ne me génait pas). J'avais un RDV prévu et je leur ai laissé la veille au soir le chèque de caution a leur porte. Ils étaient absent sans faire d'état des lieux de départ. Je pe"nse donc aoir été correct. -
La vache qui rit Séjour sportif à Gap
Nous avons apprécié le grand gîte avec entrée indépendante , sans vis-à-vis et surtout au calme. Le propriétaire nous a offert 2 pots de confiture maison à notre arrivée qui nous ont régalés durant notre séjour. Le gîte est très bien situé pour les activités que nous avons faites ( randonnées, canyoning, paddle...) À recommander à 200%
