On the outskirts of the Parc National des Écrins, at the entrance to the hamlet of Bénévent and close to the great outdoors, Laurence and Pierre, the owners, are delighted to welcome you to their renovated 19th-century farmhouse near a suckler cow farm. The "Julia" Holiday cottage is located in a Semi-detached house with year-round accommodation. It has a separate entrance and two levels. First floor: spacious living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and relaxation area, plus a shower room-WC. On the first floor, under vaulted ceilings, there's a large room with a double bed (160*200cm) that opens onto a bedroom with two single beds (90*190cm), which is closed by a door. There's also a small balcony with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains. Enjoy the peace and quiet and views of the surrounding mountains from the south-facing terrace or grassed area in front of the Holiday cottage entrance. Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage. Wood heating via chip boiler. Numerous discovery and outdoor activities on site or in the surrounding area: Hiking, mountain biking, Lake (swimming and water sports 10kms away), Fishing, horse-riding, 18-hole Gap Bayard golf course and Chaillol and Laye ski resorts. The village of St Bonnet-en-Champsaur is 3 km away, with all the shops and amenities you need for your stay.
