This gîte is on the heights of the village, 30 minutes from La Joue du Loup or Champsaur, and 500 m from the Pelleautier lake, ideal for fishing, swimming and horse-riding. The house is on two levels, with an entrance on the ground floor. Living room with dining area, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave), cosy sitting area with TV opening onto sheltered terrace. Bathroom-wc. Equipment room and laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 of which are 160*200cm), one of which has a single bed, a mezzanine bed and a sofa bed for additional sleeping. 3 bedrooms open onto a south-facing balcony. Spacious bathroom. Separate toilet. Heat pump heating. Air-conditioning. Garden furniture, barbecue. Possibility to rent sheets, towels and cleaning service. Tourist tax not included. Cleaning deposit of €100 if this option is not taken out.

A R Un coin de paradis à Pelleautier
C’est la quatrième fois que nous séjournons dans cette maison à Pelleautier, et à chaque fois, nous sommes ravis. L’emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité et le calme. Le cadre est enchanteur, avec un grand jardin qui invite à la détente.
La maison est idéale, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous apprécions particulièrement l’espace extérieur pour se relaxer et profiter de la nature environnante.
Ce lieu est vraiment un petit coin de paradis, où nous revenons toujours avec plaisir. Un séjour parfait, comme à chaque fois !
