In the hamlet of Les Néviers, less than 6 kms from Chorges, facing wide-open spaces (Morgon, Mont Guillaume, Aiguilles de Chabrières) and close to an agroecological farm, Yannick will be delighted to welcome you. The "Grand gîte de l'Essen'Ciel" is a detached wooden Chalet. The first floor comprises a large, bright living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and sitting area around the wood-burning stove, a double bedroom with a 180 x 200cm bed and a 2nd bedroom that can accommodate up to 3 people (90 x 200cm bed bunked up with a 140 x 200cm bed), plus €5/night for the 5th person (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6); bathroom/WC.
The first floor is accessed by an outside staircase: you have access to a large bedroom (180 x 200cm bed) with shower room and toilet, 1 alcove (90cm futon bed), a relaxation area and a second fully-equipped kitchen, 2 large terraces and garden, outdoor dining area with barbecue, plancha and pizza oven. For your leisure: approval area under parental responsibility (swing, trampoline, bowling green...). Equipment available (see owner). Heating via pellet stove (included) and electric convector heaters (8 kwh/day included, additional consumption extra). Equipment storage on request. Private parking in front of Holiday cottage. Bed linen included, beds made on arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
