Located in the village of Chabottes, 1090 m above sea level, in the heart of the Champsaur valley and a stone's throw from the Parc des Écrins. You'll be welcomed by the owners in this old family farmhouse, renovated in the traditional style. Independent, south-facing with views over the valley. This 9-person gîte is an ideal base for summer and winter activities, but also an invitation to peace and well-being. In the center of the Champsaur resorts, close to hiking trails and various activities, and next to the Champsaur lake. 140 m² enclosed, partly grassed courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and a patio housing a 5-seater spa, parking, motorcycle shed and ski room.
Ground-floor entrance into a hall area featuring a 4-seater sauna. An 80 m² living room/kitchen with dining area, fully equipped: microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer - and its wood-fired oven for your pizza evenings, raclette and fondue machines, lounge area with fireplace (wood provided), TV, games, Wi-fi.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms: a 19 m² master suite with shower room and 180 cm bed, one with 140 cm bed and a large 20 m² bedroom with 2 twin 80 cm beds, and a large 25 m² mezzanine bedroom divided into 2 sleeping areas: upstairs, 1 140 cm bed and a corner with crib, and downstairs, 1 90 cm bed. Plus a relaxation area that can be equipped with an extra bed for a 10th person.
Large bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 separate WCs (one on the ground floor and one upstairs).
Includes: all household and bathroom linen, baby equipment, utilities, games, books, etc.
Optional extras: cleaning package, electric hook-up, spa, sauna and one pet (with agreement).
Linda and Roland will show you around the gîte and provide you with information about the valley. Roland is a woodworker, and you'll have the pleasure of discovering his creations in the gîte, as well as meeting him in his workshop.

    Séjour très agréable ! Très bon accueil et réactivité des propriétaires ! Gîte propre, bien équipé confortable et spacieux ! Seul bémol, un extérieur un peu petit et une promiscuité qui peut être gênante avec les locations mitoyennes.
    Nous recommandons vivement !

    Vos observations sont pertinentes car cela nous permet de mettre l'accent sur cette ferme de village avec proximité (et non mitoyenneté - sans mur commun) d'autres habitats. De ce fait, nous le caractérisons comme familial, calme et détente, et interdisons les fêtes et soirées.
    En saison chaude, il conviendra moins à un groupe d'adultes comme le vôtre, qui (et c'est normal) aura envie de profiter plus tardivement de la cour, qui fait quand même 140 m². Les discussions endiablées et les éclats de rire peuvent créer une gêne, pour y remédier, nous proposons de finir la soirée en intérieur, protégé par des murs d'environ un mètre de large. Je note, au passage, que vous avez été très respectueux et nous vous en remercions.
