The ground-floor Holiday cottage has a large living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, ceramic hob), a dining area and a cosy sitting area with TV. A wood pellet stove adds to the room's approval, providing a pleasant heating complement (including a 15kg bag of pellets) to the electric system. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 and 2 single beds), a shower room and a separate toilet complete this Holiday cottage. Washing machine in small laundry area. In contact with the great outdoors, this accommodation is ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities: Hiking, Fishing, Mountain biking, discovering the flora and fauna, canyoning, access to Lake Serre-Ponçon or discovering the exceptional heritage of the Savines-le-Lac and Embrun region. In winter, access to the Nordic ski area 300 m away, to the Réallon ski resort 12 km away, and to ski and snowshoe Hiking itineraries from the Holiday cottage.
