This beautiful stone building has been completely renovated to provide 4 Holiday cottages. The Holiday cottage "La Grange" has its own entrance via a private west-facing terrace. The Holiday cottage on the first floor has direct access to the private outdoor area. The large living room features a fully-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area and the cosy sitting area (dishwasher, freezer, ceramic hob and full equipment), TV. The wood-burning pellet stove (a 15kg bag of pellets is provided) complements the electric heating system, shower room, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds 160 x 200 cm). Washing machine. Adjoining the Holiday cottage La Ferme, ideal for holidays with family or friends while retaining your independence. In contact with the great outdoors, this accommodation is ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities: Hiking, Fishing, Mountain biking, discovering the flora and fauna, canyoning, access to Lake Serre-Ponçon or discovering the exceptional heritage of the Savines-le-Lac and Embrun region. In winter, access to the Nordic ski area 300 m away, to the Réallon ski resort 12 km away, and to ski and snowshoe Hiking itineraries from the Holiday cottage.
