Located in Les Orres, in the hamlet of Les Sagnettes, this detached 150 m² house welcomes you to a quiet, natural setting in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes mountains. Spacious and comfortable, it's ideal for a stay with family or friends, whatever the season.
The accommodation comprises a large, bright living/dining room with a fully-equipped open kitchen, offering a convivial space for sharing good times. The house has three large bedrooms, each fitted with a 140x190 cm double bed. Two shower rooms with WC are available, including a private one adjoining a bedroom, equipped with a whirlpool shower, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.
On the garden level, a gaming room with a French billiard table and board games is ideal for prolonging convivial moments indoors, whatever the weather.
Outside, you'll find a terrace with unobstructed views of the Mountain, and a green area ideal for relaxing or letting the Kids play. A spacious garage can accommodate several vehicles if required.
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of a farm, where you can watch cows, bringing an authentic, rural atmosphere to your stay. The accommodation has no internet connection, offering a truly disconnected stay, conducive to rest and reconnection with nature.
The surrounding area offers a wide range of activities all year round. In winter, the resort of Les Orres offers Alpine skiing, Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing, while in fine weather you can enjoy Hiking, mountain biking and mountain trails. Nearby Lake Serre-Ponçon offers a wide range of water sports, including swimming, paddling, kayaking and sailing.
