Traditional chalet divided into 2 gîtes, in a typical hamlet 1 km from the ski slopes of Orcières-Merlette 1850 and at the gateway to the Parc des Ecrins. Numerous outdoor activities: downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking and road biking, hiking, climbing... Private entrance via a few steps. Spacious living room with fireplace, TV and DVD player opening onto a large south-facing balcony overlooking the valley, fitted kitchen. Three bedrooms, one on the mezzanine (2 x 2-person beds, 4 x 1-person beds). 2 shower rooms, wc. Underfloor heating. In summer, shared grounds with garden furniture.
