House in the upper part of the village of le Sauze overlooking the Serre-Ponçon Lake. Rural gîte with mansard roof and private entrance on first floor of owner's (a farmer) property. Access on first floor via staircase. Kitchen (microwave) opening onto small balcony with very nice view of the lake. Sitting room, TV socket, shower-toilet. One bedroom (1 double bed). Private exterior space with garden furniture, barbecue. Wood heating. Cot available. Numerous activities: boat trip on Serre-Ponçon Lake, Lake museum-cinema, Marmottes mountain, Embrun swimming lake. In summer the restaurant in the village is open.
