In a village building with terrace and private grounds, Holiday cottage on the first floor of a residential building. On the outskirts of the Parc des Ecrins, Semi-detached house in the small village of St-Julien-en-Champsaur. The Holiday cottage has been completely renovated with respect for tradition and local materials. The Holiday cottage has its own entrance via an inner courtyard and a small terrace with garden furniture, as well as a 40 m² enclosed private lawn with garden furniture. Nearby hiking and mountain-biking trails, Lake (2 km) and ski resort (6 km). The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven), and the living room features a sitting area, dining area, TV, a recessed Mountain area with 2 90 cm Bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for Kids under 6), (possibility of sleeping 2 additional people), 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Bathroom-wc. Central heating. Parking reserved for Holiday cottage. Possibility of storage room for equipment (skis, bikes, etc.). Sheets available for hire. Sleeps up to 4.

    Vacances super-génial

    Accueil très sympathique et chaleureuse par Marie.
    Mon deuxième séjour dans le gîte a également été très agréable. Dans le gîte se trouve tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour agréable et est également très confortable et meublé avec goût.
    La région a beaucoup à offrir, tant pour la randonnée que pour le vélo.
    Les deux semaines ont été super relaxantes et reposantes.

    Gite très agréable

    Le gîte est parfaitement fonctionnel et équipé.
    La décoration est sympa.
    La propriétaire nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a donné beaucoup d’informations sur la région.
    La situation géographique nous a permis de rayonner sur le Champsaur, le Valgaudemar et le Devoluy et de faire des randonnées intéressantes.

    Génial

    Séjour extra un accueil plus que chaleureux, un gîte magnifiquement décoré, un vrai voyage ! La montagne en toile de fond , que rêver de plus !

    decor chalet à St julien

    Emplacement,Saint julien, nous plaît beaucoup, à quelques minutes de St Bonnet, du plan d'eau, de Chabottes.
    L'environnement est très calme, et la déco chalet est très agréable. Parfaitement équipé,propre. Marie est une hôte très sympathique et attentionnée et nous a fourni lukte informations et conseils.
