The "Gîte du Clos" is on the first floor of a detached villa with year-round accommodation on the 1st floor. It comprises a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and relaxation area; a double bedroom with a 160*200cm bed and a bedroom with 2 twin 80*200cm beds; laundry room; shower room and independent, private WC. Enjoy a moment of relaxation on the south/west-facing terrace and enclosed grassed outdoor area overlooking the Ceüse cliff and Charance mountain. Oil-fired central heating and electric storage heaters. Private parking in front of the gîte. For a comfortable stay, bed linen, towels, table linen and cleaning are included in the price. Free bus stop 5 minutes' walk from Gap town center and shops.
