At the foot of the Col d'Izoard, in an unspoilt village, detached gîte adjoining the owner's house, with uninterrupted views over the valley, large terrace. Located on the Itinéraires Partagés Cyclistes circuit and close to the Chenaillet geological site. Gite on 3 levels: ground floor: attractive living room with open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, piano stove, fridge), balcony. Above, 1 spacious bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds), shower room and WC. Under the living room on the garden level, 3 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds, including 2 bunk beds + one with 1 double bed + one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs, and a TV area with DVD player. Freezer and washing machine, 2 cots. The owner, who breeds a large flock of sheep, can show you around his discovery farm located 700m away. Central geothermal heating. Solar water heater. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, equipment room. Sheets provided.

5/5Incroyable gite, tres confort, bien chauffé, bien.organisé, propre et hyper bien placé. Les proprio sont aux petits soins, adorables et aidant, tres dispo. Le lieu premet de rejoindre a pied ou en ski les 2 parties de la station de Cerviere, ne pas râter les Fonds, lieu de rêve sauvage.
