In a traditional Mountain hamlet on the edge of the central zone of the Ecrins National Park, Pascale and Alexandre offer you a Holiday cottage in a charming traditional house in the Champoléon valley. The building has been restored in keeping with local architecture and traditional materials. Set in the heart of the valley, the Holiday cottage enjoys a privileged location overlooking an unspoilt mountain landscape. This detached house has its own private outdoor space and 20,000 m² of land. The large 50 m² living room features an integrated kitchen, dining area and sitting area with wood-burning stove and pellet stove (wood and pellets supplied), electric heating not included. 3 bedrooms (2 x 2-person beds, 1 x 1-person bed and 2 x 1-person bunk beds (high bedding not suitable for kids under 6). Shower room, WC. Direct access to Hiking trails. Bouygues telephone network (telephone available on request). Due to its location (a small, secluded Mountain hamlet), access to the Holiday cottage in winter is limited to pedestrians on a 1.8 km path that is generally snow-covered. Winter rentals offer a unique opportunity to enjoy an unspoilt setting. For bookings during this period (stays of more than 4 nights), it is necessary to contact the owner directly (contact the reservation center to obtain his contact details), who will be able to provide you with all the information you need about access to the Holiday cottage, and offer you all the services you need for an excellent stay. Possibility of luggage transfer by sled dog, and refreshments once a week on request. Wood heating provided, electric heating extra.

    Authenticité, charme et confort

    Nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances dans un gîte qui allie le charme de l'ancien et le confort moderne.
    Le cadre autour du gîte est juste magnifique. Notre hôte Alexandre est vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans aucune restriction à ceux qui aiment le calme, la nature et la randonnée.
    Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour d'autres vacances au gîte des clots.

    Tout simplement parfait

    Tout est parfait, l'accueil du propriétaire, le gîte spacieux et parfaitement équipé, le potager avec tous les légumes, les marmottes qui sifflent quand l'aigle passe, ce qui vous permet de savoir à quel moment lever la tête pour l'observer, le chamois qui descend manger à l'heure du café du matin... et j'en oublie !

    Hâvre de paix

    Séjour très agréable dans un lieu exceptionnel pour les amateurs de montagne et d’authenticité. La maison est vaste, bien chauffée et bien équipée.
    Un seul bémol, les chambres mériteraient un grand dépoussiérage à l’aspirateur : nous avons beaucoup éternué en installant les housses de couettes.

    Nous sommes désolés de vous avoir provoqué une telle allergie ; il est vrai que les matériaux dans notre gîte (bois et pierres) sont propices à l'accumulation naturelle de la poussière. Nous avons nettoyé de façon très approfondie les chambres après votre intervention.

    Idyllique

    Lieu magnifique, tranquille et authentique. Le gîte est très propre, bien restauré tout en gardant son caractère.
    Pour couronner le tout, les randonnées sont splendides, le propriétaire est plein de bons conseils (et ses légumes sont délicieux) et, enfin, nous avions comme seules voisines de jolies marmottes.
