Situated on the edge of this charming hilltop village, the terrace offers a magnificent view over the Buêch valley. This house is an ideal place to gather with family or friends. It's a village house on two levels, with entrance via a private south-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture. Entrance on one level. Living room with dining area, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave...) and sitting area. The dining table doubles as a billiards table for late-night parties. A separate sitting area with TV + DVD player and a small atypical library created in the old cellar in the basement. WC, laundry room, shower room. On the upper floor, 4 very spacious bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds including 2 bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for Kids under 6 years old) and 2 single beds 80 x 200 cm, side-by-side 160 x 200 cm).
