Adjoining the owners' home, who provide a discreet presence. Independent access via private grounds and terrace. West-facing. Large living room with semi-professional kitchen and library area, dining area, relaxation area, wood-burning stove (wood supplied).
Main level: 4 bedrooms each with 1 washbasin (one single bedroom, 3 bedrooms for 4 or 5 people with twin beds), sanitary area with 2 showers, 2 WCs and 1 washbasin.
Solar/gas central heating not included. Dishwasher, washing machine, freezer. Garden equipment, barbecue. Private parking. Terrace. Equipment room. Bed linen provided, possibility of renting towels. End-of-stay cleaning service available. Additional heating charge of 150€ to be paid to the owner.
Possibility of a relaxation room, at an additional cost of 270€ per week: This is a large room (35 m2 or 25 m2 excluding sloping ceilings) with its own entrance and sanitary facilities. It can be used as a relaxation room, energy practice room, gaming room or as a much-appreciated family room. Beautiful outdoor spaces of 2000 m2, terraces, play areas, nature. An herb garden is also available. All maintained using permaculture methods.
