Overlooking the Gapençais basin with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains, this farmhouse gîte has been fitted out in an old building that has been entirely renovated with respect for local architecture and environmental performance. Entrance to the gîte on the first floor via a large hall, day room with integrated kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer compartment...) opening onto the dining and living areas. Heating by wood pellet stove. Large ground-floor bedroom (2-person 140 cm futon) with relaxation area featuring a BZ for 2 additional people. The living room opens onto a large private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 x 180 cm double beds, 3 x 90 cm single beds), one with mezzanine. Additional independent sleeping area with BZ bed for 2. Large shower room, wc. Washing machine. Sheets and towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included. Shelter for vehicle and equipment. Possibility of accommodating up to 12 people: 20 €/pers/night from the 9th person. Electric vehicle charging station (charge payable).
