Gîte de La Font d'Aval

Overlooking the Durance valley, facing the Écrins massif and 8 km from the Risoul ski resort, this gîte is on the first floor of a contemporary house with the owners' living quarters upstairs, located in a mountain hamlet with access via an outside staircase. The gîte enjoys an unobstructed view of the mountains. The living room features a fully-equipped fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. One double bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a small bedroom of approx. 7m² with 2 single beds. Shower room, WC. A play area is also available for the little ones. Large private garden with terrace and garden furniture. Electric heating. Private parking. Baby equipment available. Sheets and towels available for hire. Access to hiking trails from the gîte, and a host of nearby activities: downhill skiing, Nordic skiing at the Risoul ski resort, snowshoeing, the Eygliers lake, water sports on the Durance, heritage visits (Mont-Dauphin, Guillestre and mountain villages), access to the Queyras, Freissinières, Vallouise and Embrunais valleys. Free shuttle bus to RISOUL 1850 ski resort.
