Gîte Chez Mary

In a large, recently renovated house overlooking the valley, with unobstructed views of the mountains and Lac de Serre-Ponçon, upstairs gîte with separate entrance and very large, south-facing private terrace and balcony. The gîte is located on the edge of the Ecrins National Park and just a few kilometers from Lac de Serre-Ponçon, in a peaceful hamlet. The gîte features a large 40 m² living room with relaxation area, fully-equipped open kitchen and dining area. Direct access to the balcony lets you enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Dishwasher, freezer, TV, Wifi connection... Three bedrooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds. Large bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet. Washing machine and dryer. Electric heating with wood-burning stove (pellets supplied). An additional bedroom can be rented as an annex. Located on the second floor of the owner's home, the apartment has its own independent access to the side of the house via an outside staircase. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a ping-pong table. Covered parking under the terrace is reserved for the gîte. A shared storage room is available for bikes, skis, etc. Near the gîte, there are numerous opportunities for outdoor activities and discovery: hiking, water sports, mountain biking, climbing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing at the Réallon ski resort, etc. Baby equipment available, sheets and towels supplied. Optional cleaning service at end of stay.
