Ferme Marcel Risoul

The farm is located at 1300 m altitude, in the highest hamlet of Risoul village, close to the chapel of St-Jacques. One of Risoul's oldest farms, it was built in 1850 by the owner's great-grandfather, himself a carpenter. This Holiday cottage has retained all the character of the past, combined with modern comforts. Single-storey entrance through a large living room with integrated kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, etc.) around the dining area. Lounge area with flat-screen TV and DVD player. Laundry room with washing machine. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. It has two large bedrooms, each with a sleeping area with 2 single bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for Kids under six) and a double bed. Shower room, toilet. Electric heating by floor base included only in high season. In low season (excluding school vacations, Easter and All Saints' Day) we charge a flat-rate fee of €50 if heating is on, plus pellet stove (€10 per bag). Pretty enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue and private parking. Equipment room with ski boot heater. Baby equipment available on request. Small pets allowed with owner's agreement. The shuttle bus to the heart of the resort is 50 meters away, and you can arrive with your skis on. In summer, autumn and spring, supplement of 50 €/pers/week for the 7th and 8th person.
