In the heart of the countryside with magnificent views of the Chaillol mountains and the Champsaur valley, gîte adjoining the owner's home. Entrance via large terrace, lovely living room with lounge, dining area, bar, fitted kitchen. 2 bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds and 1 x 140cm bed) Shower room, wc. Upstairs attic bedroom for 1 person. Large plot of land. Central heating. Thanks to its geographical location, this accommodation provides access to numerous outdoor activities in all seasons (hiking, mountain biking, cycling, skiing, snowshoeing, golf, climbing...). Nearby resorts include Laye, Ancelle, Chaillol and St-Léger les Mélèzes. The gîte was built to meet the Ecogite environmental performance standard. The boiler runs on wood pellets, and particular attention has been paid to insulation and water and energy management.

LOICK_MAURICETTE Un plaisir de séjour renouvelé
Deuxième séjour dans le gîte de Caroline et François, toujours aussi accueillants et attentionnés ! Le gîte est douillet, confortable et bien chauffé en hiver et nous avons bien profité du Champsaur durant un belle semaine où le Soleil a été bien présent. Nous aurons encore plaisir à revenir cet été !

DC Séjour parfait.
Tout est parfait. Gîte tres bien situé tant pour les randonnées que pour la proximité des stations de dki., vue imprenable. Parfaitement équipé, très bien chauffé, il ne manque rien et les hotes sont très sympathiques et accueillants.

Olivier Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances en famille au gîte de Fayère.
Le gîte est très bien placé pour visiter et faire des activités dans le Champsaur, tout en étant au calme absolu. Tout est propre, fonctionnel et confortable. La vue depuis le gîte est exceptionnelle !
Nous remercions nos hôtes Caroline et François pour cet excellent séjour, pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Aurélie and co Un gîte au calme parfaitement situé
Ce gîte était parfait pour notre famille de 5. Il est très bien conçu et agencé. La vue sur l'extérieur depuis la grande pièce à vivre est très agréable. Sur la terrasse, les vacanciers ont une vue incroyable sur les sommets renommés du secteur. Pour nos sorties, ce pied à terre est idéalement situé pour des sorties à Ancelle, le Champsaur, le lac à 5 minutes et un peu plus loin le Valgaudemare. Super séjour avec des propriétaires discrets tout en étant accueillants.
