This bright and spacious environmentally-friendly gîte opens onto beautiful grassy grounds overlooking the surrounding mountains. Entrance through an airlock. Large living room with integrated kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer), sitting area with TV + DVD player, mezzanine with relaxation area and reading corner. Storeroom. Two large bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, 2 single beds) opening onto a sheltered passageway. Bathroom (walk-in shower), wc. Solar hot water, healthy materials and heat pump heating. Outdoor area with passageway, garden furniture, barbecue and covered equipment shed. Electric vehicle charging station (charge payable).

    Séjour juin 2026

    C’est toujours un plaisir de séjourner aux gîtes La Terrasse ou Le Jardin. Nous sommes très bien accueillis, le cadre est idéal et le temps était une nouvelle fois de la partie.
    Le gîte est spacieux, très confortable et très bien équipé.
    C’etait une belle semaine au vert et il nous tarde déjà d’y retourner l’année prochaine.

    Séjour parfait, en toute tranquillité

    Malgré une arrivée plus tard que prévue, faute d'embouteillages, nous avons été accueillis de manière chaleureuse et très professionnelle.
    Le gîte était parfait : spacieux, propre, très bien équipé. Pour 4pers, il y avait suffisamment d'espace. Le petit plus qui change tout en été : le mur de pierre pour la partie nuit. Cela garanti une fraîcheur et des nuits reposantes.
    La terrasse ombragée permet de prendre tous les repas à l'ombre.
    Aucun défaut à signaler, tout était parfait et c'est sur, nous y reviendrons quand nous viendrons voir la famille.

    Le gîte parfait

    Que du bonheur: situation calme, hospitalité des hôtes, espace et équipement des locaux loués, niveau de propreté irréprochable, décoration sympa, proximité lac et commerces... Gîte parfait pour des vacances loisirs ou découvertes culturelles au confinement de l'Ubaye et du briançonnais.
    Mille mercis pour ce gîte hors du commun à l'excellent rapport qualité prix.
