Cosy sur le lac

In a small hamlet on the heights of Lac de Serre-Ponçon, close to the great outdoors, with views of the lake and mountains, you can enjoy your next vacation in an old farmhouse renovated with the greatest care and offering all the comforts you need for your stay. The house also includes an adjoining gîte. Steeve and Séverine will show you how to enter the house of happiness from 4pm, and one of them will meet you at the end of the day at around 6:45pm.... after their work!
The "Cosy sur le lac" gîte has two levels and a separate entrance. This old house is on several levels above the barn that was once used to house the animals. You enter through the north entrance at mid-level.
First floor: very spacious living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, relaxation area; laundry room, a small alcove bedroom with a double bed, cosy with its own shower room/WC. On the attic floor: fitted mezzanine; a large double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (80*200cm which can be twinned); shower room and separate WC.
The south-facing garden, 50m below the house, offers a superb view of Lac de Serre-Ponçon. Access is in a rural mountain setting, with a slight incline and gradient.
Secure equipment room possible. Electric underfloor heating. Public roadside parking 100m from the gîte. You can enjoy a moment in the countryside, but also enjoy sunrises and sunsets... from the dining room or garden. Numerous outdoor activities nearby: hiking trails
