In the heart of the Champsaur valley, detached wooden chalet with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Located in one of the communes of the Ecrins National Park, the Holiday cottage is the ideal place to discover the exceptional flora and fauna, and to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities. The Holiday cottage has been designed using environmentally-friendly materials (wood, straw, cellulose wadding, etc.) and features to ensure excellent thermal comfort (wood pellet stove heating, triple glazing, VMC double-flux ....). The Chalet is laid out on 2 levels, with a ground-level entrance, living room, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave...), sitting area with TV, DVD player. One bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room-wc, washing machine. Upstairs mezzanine area and bedroom (3 single beds), separate WC. Large 22 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Storage space for equipment. Holiday cottage on the farm with tour of the farm. From the Holiday cottage, numerous possibilities for Hiking and mountain biking; nearby: Lake Champsaur, Aulagnier, Saint-Bonnet aquatic center, Chaillol ski resort, Laye, Gap-Bayard Nordic area, golf, water sports and numerous possibilities for discovering the Champsaurin heritage (places to visit, built heritage...). Electric vehicle charging station (chargeable). Internet connection by cable, not wi-fi.

Dan Gîte Coste Joffre
Gîte spacieux et propre. La terrasse avec vue est très bien. Les montagnes derrière le gîte ne sont pas visibles en revanche, il faut monter au lac plus haut. L'emplacement est isolé et donc calme et tranquille.
Il manque pour ma part un placard de rangement dans la cuisine (pas d'espace pour ranger les courses, ou au détriment d'autre chose). La literie est à revoir car inconfortable.
Il serait judicieux également de preciser certaines règles directement dans l'annonce et non une fois arrivé sur place (ex : pas de nourriture ni de chaussures à l'étage).- Cleanliness

Chris Très beau gîte dans une région magnifique
Second séjour passé dans le super gîte Coste Joffre. Gîte très bien équipé, très propre, très calme, spacieux avec tout le confort dont une très bonne literie. Rien ne manque pour se sentir bien dans ce cadre apaisant. Très bon accueil des hôtes qui sont disponibles tout en étant discrets. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

randonneurs 46 Gîte très agréable au calme
Gîte au calme, dans une ferme avec très belle vue sur la terrasse
Bien conçu, très propre et bien équipé, agréable avec une immense terrasse
Région magnifique pour les randonnées
Deux défauts pour nous : la literie à nos yeux un peu trop ancienne ! Et un wifi de très mauvaise qualité pour des vacanciers qui organisent leur journée avec Internet !

V35 Bel endroir
Gîte très propre, confortable et bien équipé. Terrasse panoramique. Environnement très calme.
Bon accueil de la propriétaire. Merci pour les gourmandises d'arrivée.
Bien situé pour rayonner dans le Champsaur. Belles randonnées.
Bons fromages Coste Joffre à proximité, et pains ( le vendredi soir ou sur le marché de Saint Bonnet)

Erwin Heel mooie vakantiewoning!
Heel proper en mooi gelegen huisje met een fantastisch uitzicht! Alle comfort is aanwezig. De buren zijn de eigenaars en ze zijn heel vriendelijk en laten je genieten van je vakantie, ze moeien zich niet. Het huisje is vlak naast een boerderij gelegen, je hebt er alle voordelen van maar geen nadelen vinden wij. Het was echt fantastisch om daar te zijn, ook onze kinderen van 5, 8 en 9 jaar waren laaiend enthousiast over deze plek! Heel gezellig en fijn ingericht, we zijn super tevreden!
