In a house located in the heart of the Clarée valley, Holiday cottage on the 1st floor of the building with independent access by outside staircase. Adjoining other furnished accommodation. Large, tastefully furnished living room with dining area, sitting area with wood-burning stove (provided) and fully-equipped, integrated open kitchen, direct access to a south-facing balcony with unobstructed views of the valley and mountains. BZ sofa in the living room: additional sleeping space for one or two people available at extra cost. TV, wifi. Bedroom with double bed. Shower room, separate WC. Electric heating. Baby equipment available. Wooded outdoor area with table and bench at the foot of the Holiday cottage entrance. Shared plot at the rear of the building. Bed linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning service and bathroom linen rental available. From the Holiday cottage, access to numerous outdoor activities: Hiking, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing...

La vallée de la Clarée a ce pouvoir incroyable de vous faire oublier votre quotidien pour celui ou celle qui observe, s'émerveille ...Authenticité, simplicité, quelle merveilleuse vallée!

Globalement sympa...dommage qu'il faille payer les serviettes de toilette...et un 160 serait le bienvenu

Valou séjour Névache juillet 2025
séjour parfait pour nous. Appartement bien situé,confortable à Névache au départ de multiples randonnées dans la vallée de la clarée toujours aussi belle malgré un temps parfois frisquet ( un temps de montagne quoi). Accueil très sympathique et aidant, j'ai pu mettre mon vtt ds le garage des propriétaires .
