Welcome to this family-run holiday cottage, the result of a true family project, located near the owners’ farm in a quiet, unspoiled setting just a few minutes from Chorges.
This semi-detached house, which is attached to a second holiday cottage (currently under renovation), has been thoughtfully furnished with a unique touch: each child in the family has added their own personal flair, particularly in the bedroom decor, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere.
The holiday cottage features a beautiful, bright living area that combines a living room, dining room, and fully equipped open kitchen. Thanks to its large picture window, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and direct access to the terrace and private garden.
For sleeping arrangements, you’ll have three comfortable bedrooms equipped with high-end bedding: one bedroom with two 90 x 200cm beds that can be joined together, and two bedrooms with 160 x 200cm double beds. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet complete the layout.

Nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to hiking trails and mountain bike routes right from the holiday cottage. Lake Serre-Ponçon is just a few minutes’ drive away, while the resorts of Réallon (20 min) and Les Orres (40 min) allow you to fully enjoy mountain activities year-round.
For everyone’s comfort, this is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted, and guests are asked to be considerate of the neighbors.
