Large, pleasantly appointed Holiday cottage in a detached house overlooking the valley and offering panoramic views of the Ecrins massif. The house has 3 large terraces, a balcony and a play area, allowing you to enjoy the exceptional location and south-facing aspect of the house. The Holiday cottage has a large living room with dining area and a comfortable sitting area, and the spacious, independent kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are spread over the 3 levels of the house, 2 of which have direct access to the outside (1 double bed 140cm, 2 single beds 160*200cm, and 6 single beds 90cm, 2 of which are bunk beds) (the high bed is not suitable for kids under 6). 2 shower rooms-WC, one bathroom and a separate WC. Billiards in the games room, ping-pong table available in summer. Hi-Fi equipment, TV + DVD player. From the Holiday cottage, numerous possibilities for outdoor activities: Hiking, mountain bike circuits, via ferrata, cycling routes and, in winter, access to the ski resorts of Pelvoux (1.5 km) and Puy-St-Vincent (7 km).
