Ideal for lovers of nature, rural culture (local festivals), relaxation or summer sporting activities (swimming, cycling, horse riding, hiking, gliding, fishing, via ferrata). Upstairs: large living-dining room under a ridge ceiling, sitting area with satellite TV (26 free channels), WiFi access and fully-equipped kitchen area. On the ground floor, with access from outside, a bedroom with 3 beds (80x200), two of which can be adjoined, and a shower room-wc. Private parking 25m away. Shared laundry room with cleaning utensils. Large enclosed shed for storing bikes, motorcycles and other equipment. Landscaped outdoor area. Barbecue on request.

L appartement est agréable mais pas toujours conforme avec la description et les aménagements cités dans le descriptif.
Exemple: surprise sur le parking privatif qui n'a rien de privatif!- Pas de barbecue ou plancha cités sur le descriptif.- 1 seul transat en bon état- le second inutilisable- Cleanliness

Je vous remercie pour votre avis sur mon hébergement mais il y a des points que je ne comprends pas, le parking décrit comme "privatif" était bien à votre entière disposition, vous n'avez donc pas pu être gênés par d'autres véhicules, où était le problème ? - Vous auriez dû me demander le barbecue qui fait bien partie de l'offre (je vous ai proposé de ne pas hésiter à me demander ce qui pourrait vous manquer). Concernant le transat inutilisable, je me suis excusée auprès de vous pour avoir oublié de vérifier l'état des 2 transats lors de l'état des lieux des locataires précédents (dégradations volontaires graves). Si vous me l'aviez signalé, je vous aurais remis un autre transat. C'est dommage je suis sur place et à l'écoute des besoins et remarques de mes locataires. Dorénavant je serai plus attentive à l'état du matériel entreposé à l'extérieur du gîte comme les transats et je mettrai le barbecue plus en évidence.A bientôt peut être. Mme Corréard
