Renovated village house just 200m from the Serre-Chevalier ski slopes, close to all shops and activities, in the heart of the old village of Chantemerle. Holiday cottage on 3 levels, with entrance from the rear of the house. Hall with storage space, bathroom with shower and bath, wc. A large bedroom (20m²) with a double bed and 2 single bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for kids under six). Upper level: living room opening onto balcony, with integrated kitchen (l-cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave oven), dining area. Lounge area with TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi Internet access. Top floor: bedroom with en-suite shower room (1 double bed). Geothermal heating. Private garden with garden furniture, barbecue, Public parking lot. Bed linen and towels provided.     Maison de ville refaite avec goût, ambiance montagne, sur 3 niveaux, bizn équipée, bonne literie, plein centre village avec parking a proximité.

    Agréable séjour

    Très beau village, gîte très bien placé. De merveilleuses randos à proximité.
    Attention, bien se renseigner si vous avez un chien !!! Même si tout s’est bien passé avec notre vieux toutou .

    Propriétaire très accueillant et à l'écoute
    Gite confortable et agencé avec gout.
    Maison gardant une certaine fraicheur malgré les pics de chaleur.
    Tous commerces à proximité .
