The house comprises the owner's living quarters and a Holiday cottage on the garden level with staircase access, featuring a large terrace and 200 m² of private grounds offering great independence. Entrance into a spacious living room with large bay windows overlooking the pleasantly landscaped south-west-facing grounds. The kitchen opens onto the dining area and a comfortable sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer, etc. The Holiday cottage has 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds (90 cm). The capacity can be increased (for up to 2 extra people) with two single Bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for Kids under six) in the sleeping area. The bathroom is spacious, with a separate toilet. A private washing machine is available. Oil heating is included in the rental price. Equipment room available on request. The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture. Private parking.
