Chez Fab" is located in a detached wooden house on two levels. First floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and relaxation area (TV via video projector with 3m*2.50m screen), plus a shower room/WC. On the attic floor: one double bedroom; two triple bedrooms with shared balcony (1 bed 140*190cm and 1 bed 90*190cm); one double bedroom with bed 160*200cm and possibility of additional sleeping in a bed 140*190cm; bathroom with corner bathtub with water and air nozzles; independent and private WC. Enjoy a moment of relaxation on the south/southwest-facing terrace and garden. For your leisure: ping-pong table, tennis and badminton rackets, darts, mölkky, not forgetting the 18*3m pétanque court. Underfloor heating via electric boiler powered by photovoltaic panels and wood-burning stove in the ground-floor living room (wood included). Equipment room at your disposal. Private parking in front of the gîte for 6 to 8 vehicles. For a comfortable stay: bed linen, towels, table linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Free bus stop 5 minutes' walk from Gap town center and shops.
