It has a terrace separated by a screen wall, and a large shared enclosed area (500 m²) with garden furniture and barbecue. Living room with TV, sofa-bed for 2, kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge and combination stove. One bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), shower room, toilet, electric heating (convector heaters). Bed linen provided. Parking available in enclosed courtyard.
