The two-storey "Chalet soleil bœuf" gîte is located in a brand-new, detached chalet, whose atmosphere and meticulous decoration promise an unforgettable stay. First floor: spacious, bright living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge; laundry room; bedroom with 2 twin beds (90*200cm) and en-suite shower room; separate, private toilet. Upstairs: large mezzanine area with net hanging over the living room and relaxation area with BZ (possibility of sleeping 2 extra people); a double bedroom with 160*200cm bed; a bedroom with 2 twin 90*200cm beds; a shower room; and an independent, private WC. Enjoy a moment of calm and rejuvenation from the south-facing terrace and garden. Underfloor heating via electric boiler. Private parking in front of the gîte with garage also serving as a secure equipment room. For a comfortable stay, bed linen, towels, table linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
