In the small resort of Laye, overlooking the Champsaur valley and facing the Massif des Ecrins, pleasantly appointed gîte in a detached semi-detached house with a 20 m² balcony-terrace and private grounds. The gîte has 4 half-levels, with a beautiful living area with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a comfortable sitting area and dining area opening onto the large balcony. A wood pellet stove heats most of the house, and each room has an electric radiator. An independent lounge area on the first floor completes the living space. On the upper levels: 4 bedrooms (3 single beds and 3 double beds), one of which has a mezzanine area (1 double bed and 1 single bed on the mezzanine); 1 bathroom, 1 shower room-WC and 1 separate WC. The balcony-terrace faces south-east, offering superb panoramic views of the mountains and valleys, and includes garden furniture. A spacious ground-floor storage room is available for equipment such as skis and bikes. Access to ski slopes and hiking trails 150 m from the gîte. From the gîte: hiking trails and numerous leisure activities nearby, including golf (3 km away), mountain biking, snowshoeing, skiing, horseback riding...). Baby equipment available.
