In the heart of the Clarée valley, in the "Château" district between Ville Basse and Ville Haute, L'Eyrette is a recently-built, sunny, individual larch-wood chalet with magnificent mountain views. It is arranged over 3 levels. On the lower level, you'll find a large heated room that has been converted into an equipment room. On the first floor: an entrance hall with storage space, a large space with fully-equipped kitchen and bar (electric oven, microwave, 5-burner gas stove, fridge and freezer compartment) opening onto the living area, a double bedroom (160*200cm bed), a shower room-WC and a laundry area (electric washing machine and dryer). Upstairs, a vast living area with TV and DVD, 3 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings (beds 160*200cm), a shower room and WC. The accommodation benefits from a large south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue on the ground floor, as well as an adjoining private garden with direct access to the mountains. Private outdoor parking for 4 cars. Electric heating and fireplace with wood supplied. Wifi access. Baby equipment on request. Bed linen and towels included. In contact with the great outdoors, this accommodation is ideal for a wide range of outdoor activities: hiking, fishing, mountain biking, at the foot of the cross-country ski trails, discovering the flora and fauna and the exceptional heritage of this classified high-mountain valley. Cancellation conditions due to the Covid-19 epidemic: if traffic restrictions prevent you from getting to the chalet, or if there is a re-containment, we will reimburse the amount paid.
