Detached chalet located near the resort-village of Abriès, on 2 levels with large private grounds. The Holiday cottage is set in an exceptional mountain environment, with a mountain atmosphere that favors comfort and quality amenities. The living room, located on the first floor of the building, offers an unobstructed view of the valley and surrounding mountains, thanks to a south-facing bay window with access to the balcony. The living room features a pleasant dining area, a cozy sitting area around the fireplace (wood is provided) and a fully-equipped open kitchen. On the same level is a small bedroom with a 90 x 190 cm single bed, separate toilet and storage space. On the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms (2 double beds 140 x 190 cm and 1 single bed), one with its own en-suite shower room-WC and 2 others with shared shower rooms-WC. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace. On the same level, a storage room is equipped with a washing machine. Bed linen provided, baby equipment available (cot and high chair). Optional cleaning service available at end of stay. From the Holiday cottage, a wide range of outdoor activities are available: Hiking, mountain biking, discovering the Queyras Regional Park, and in winter, access to Alpine skiing slopes at 400 m and Nordic skiing slopes at 100 m. The private grounds are equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking. Equipment room for skis, bikes, etc.
